Is there such a thing as sleep and rest?
Yeah, so this week has been a bit busy. Just a bit, you know, with midterm stuff and all. I'm sorta surprised my head hasn't started spinning quite yet with everything I've had to do.
*sigh*
Its almost over though and next week things calm down a bit, so it'll be all good. I'll take this weekend to recuperate, catch up, and get ahead. Hopefully, I should be good for the rest of the semter too.
Anyways, the first snow of the season hit New England early this morning. There was a nice coating of the fresh white stuff on all the trees and grass outside. There was also a good inch and a half on my car when I went out to dust if off this morning.
If there is one thing I hate about snow, its that. I don't mind driving in it. You just have to go real slow. But, cleaning off your car, especially after a blizzard, which also involves digging it out normally, is a royal pain in the ass. This morning wasn't so bad though and it was rather pretty. Plus, none of it stuck to the road so driving was fine, but I hope this winter isn't as bad as last was. that wasn't much fun, let me tell you. Snow definetely gets old after you've gone through about two hundred feet of the shit.
Hmmm...so, my boss felt so bad at how much work I've had to do this week and how busy I've been that she told me I'm not allowed to come in and work tonight. Which is absolutely fine by me. I'll get some work done for tomorrow and veg out, which is something sort of uncommon for me as of late. I went to dust the shelves yesterday, which I do twice a week, and she told me not to do it. She said she was going to make the other receptionist, Pam, who gets paid to sit around on her ass and do nothing, do it all today. Wahoo! I like when I don't have to dust!
Well, I think that is about all that is new. Just been really, really busy and everything was due this week.
I'm so glad its almost over.
I'll right. I'll update again soon hopefully, that is, if my head hasn't started spinning.
