Christmas updates and such
Hmmm...
So, Christmas was very nice. Got lots of wonderful stuff and have spent the past few days holed up in my room watching all my new DVDs on my brand spanking new DVD/VCR player. Well, actually, no. Thats a lie.
I've really spent the past few days holed up in my room watching The Two Towers Extended Edition DVD. That thing took me like four days to get through. I fell asleep during it a couple of nights in a row too. But, I really enjoyed it.
I also saw The Return of the King finally. It was so incredible. I really loved it and this entire trilogy will be one that will remain on my favorite list forever and ever. Serioulsy, the final part to the movie was amazing and I totally cried. Not sobbing crying or anything just some tears. Most were shed in happiness though as I was so touched by many of the scenes.
Oh, and can I just mention the entrance of a certain elf at the end of the movie? Holy Jesus! Two words: Legolas backlit. Holy shit. He looked gorgeous I almost started catcalling in the middle of the ending of the movie and had to restrain myself. He he.
I also got my beautiful Cashmere/Wool L.L.Bean coat. Its absolutely stunning and one of the most luxurious things I will ever wear in my entire life. Its also quite warm.
Oh, and the Essentials Christmas Party was last night. I had a good time. We went to Sakura Tokyo, where they cook the food in front of you, and it was a blast. Though I didn't get to have any alcohol as they carded people. However, I was having sips of everyones drinks, so the girls took care of me. I hung out in the bar with everyone for a bit, but it got too smokey for me and I headed home.
Other than that there is nothing else that is new. We leave for PA on New Year's Day to visit with family down there. We're also going into NYC to see the Rockettes at Radio City Music Hall. Its their Christmas show, so I'me excited. I love all of that theater stuff!
All righty, well I'm off to shower my stinky self and then I think I'll clean, do laundry, and watch some more DVDs.
Wahoo! I love being on vacation!
