Excitement for the Boy From Oz!
Wow.
I seriously can not believe that its already Labor Day and that summer is winding down. How sad? This summer was far too short and too full of summer classes for my liking.
Though, as a teacher, I really don't have much to complain about seeing as I'll have all my summers off for the rest of my life if things go well! Woohoo.
Anyways, I'm soooo excited about the Boy From Oz. I can not wait to go to New York and see Hugh Jackman perform live and in person. I pointed out to my friend that I'm going to NYC on September 11. Sort of an ominous day to choose, but I honestly didn't think of that until after we'd purchased the two hundred and fifty dollar tickets, but whatever. Anyways, I stated that nobody better try to harm Hugh a I'd be the one who'd jump in front of him to save his life, as, I imagine, numerous other Ozalots in the audience would do the same. I wonder if Hugh knows that he's got his own Secret Service agents sitting in the audience every night.
Seriously, though, I would be pretty pissed if the terrorists screwed with my afternoon of Hugh-y goodness. And if they had the balls to mess with Hugh especially, I'd be even more ticked. LoL. Though I would hope Hugh would try to save me first. Hehe.
School started Thursday. It was completely pointless seeing as I have only one class on Thursdays, no classes Fridays, and this Monday off. So, classes really don't start until tomorrow, though I still have to read for my Psychology of Learning class.
Hmmm...speaking of homework, I need to go get my but in gear and get everything on my 'to do' list done for today.
